Danielle - CEO
Danielle’s interest in marketing media began when she was in 4th grade. Throughout her childhood and young adult years she studied photography, developing film using a darkroom, photo editing, and gained experience in all aspects of news media by helping to run the local television station. While living in Las Vegas with her family, Danielle became a realtor and used her photography and film skills to market properties and develop her personal brand. After discovering how integral professional marketing was to her success as a realtor, she made it her mission to help the Realtors of Central Texas become more successful, by opening a unique business that would quickly become Central Texas’ premier real estate marketing media provider — Sold in a Snap. Danielle’s other passions include beekeeping and traveling with her husband and four children.
Austin - COO
Austin, founding partner of Sold in a Snap and our first licensed 107 Drone Pilot, uses his creative expertise and knowledge of photography and videography to capture the best angles in every project. Austin's vision and creative brain is used for Sold in a Snap and our clients. His work has been featured in articles by companies like Country Living and Southern Living. He is a former surveyor and is able to put that knowledge to use for many aerial projects. Austin enjoys woodworking, swimming, rock climbing and quoting movies and songs. Austin and Danielle have 4 children. They love living on their little farm in the Heart of Texas.
Joanna - Public Relations Coordinator
Born in Philippines, but raised in Texas, Joanna is your local Waco native and has spent majority of her career in the real estate industry with expertise in the marketing field. She developed a passion for being able to serve her friends, family and new clients. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling, working out, kayaking, being by the lake/beach, eating at a local hole-in-the-wall restaurant or hanging out with her family and friends. She is here to provide you with exceptional customer service with each phone call, service booked, and project delivery with Sold In a Snap.
Dan - Photo Editor
Dan is a skilled graphic designer, with 7 years of experience in the field. Alongside his professional work, he has several creative hobbies that include photography, playing instruments, and editing. Through his diverse interests and talents, Dan has cultivated a unique perspective on design and creativity that is evident in his work. He loves volunteering for churches and participating in community service projects. He is a mentor for his local church in photography and graphic designing. He loves learning new things, especially when it is something that allows him to be creative.
Cody - Photographer
Waco Area
Meet Cody, photographer, painter, and printmaker. Born and raised near Santa Fe New Mexico, he has spent his life pursuing artwork. Raised by artists, he spent his childhood in his parent’s advertising studio drawing with their markers and safely learning inside their photographic darkroom. Nowadays, with a lifelong background in photography and painting, he uses Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to produce archival, large-format reproductions of his work. His prints have been featured in Atomic Ranch magazine, on film sets, and are hanging in the lounge of Google’s Silicone Valley headquarters. Outside his studio, you may find him strolling a museum in Fort Worth, walking his dogs, or floating down a river in San Marcos. Focused, professional and friendly, he takes his craft seriously and considers his work and his life one and the same.
Jordan - Photographer
Georgetown/Round Rock Area
Jordan is a native Texan with a passion for photography. She started her professional career in 2016, turning a photography hobby into a career. With a background in interior design and architecture, she has produced an ever expanding portfolio. She has helped hundreds of real estate agents sell their listings with her photography in the greater Houston and the greater Phoenix areas. Her goal is to capture homes in their best angles and create compositions that are inviting and get potential buyers in the door. When she's not peeking out from behind a camera she's getting her hands dirty caring for her plants, petting her cats, or joining her Air Force veteran husband and their two boys for an adventure.
Nathan - Photographer
Waco & Temple/Belton Areas
Born and raised in the Waco area. Nathan discovered his passion for photography on trips to the northeast with his dad and uncle. During these trips he was given disposable cameras to document their adventures starting in middle school. He has been a freelance photographer since 2019 and has cultivated various interests in photography. Nathan's love for live music, travel, the outdoors and creative work in general have often coincided with his desire to get behind the camera. Recently he and his wife welcomed their first child, who has been the subject of many personal portrait sessions over the past year.
Bailey - Photographer
Temple/Belton Areas
Bailey, a South Carolina native, ended up in Texas due to a military move after she met her husband at Army Aviation School in Ft Rucker, AL. From a young age, she was outside exploring the woods and water and trying to learn something new. She started taking pictures in high school of birds, water, and sailboats and hasn't stopped since. She has enjoyed taking landscape, military, and outdoor photography but has recently developed an interest in real estate photography. Professionalism and personal relationships are very important to Bailey when it comes to her work. When she is not taking pictures, Bailey is involved with the Navigators military ministry at Ft Hood with her husband. They also love mountain biking, water skiing, sailing, or rock climbing. They are currently expecting their first child. Bailey also serves in the Texas Reserves as a Blackhawk pilot.
